What to know before planning your event with Cuseho, from guest counts and inclusions to dietary needs and booking.
1. How many guests can Cuseho cater for?

Our Full-Service Buffet suits gatherings of fifty guests and above. For smaller groups, our Mini Buffet and boxed meal formats may fit better.
2. What is included in a full-service booking?

Every booking covers an eight to fifteen dish menu, setup with chafing dishes and heat lamps, table linens, service staff through your event, and full teardown. You bring the venue and guest count. We handle the rest.
3. Which cuisines can I choose from?

Choose from five cuisines: Fusion Asian, Western, Local Delight, Authentic Chinese, and our premium Wedding and Gala spread. Each comes in three tiers to match the flavour and scale of your event.
4. Do you cater to Halal and other dietary needs?

Yes. Our menus are halal-friendly, and we handle vegetarian, vegan, keto, gluten-free and no-pork requests so every guest is looked after. Share your guests’ needs and we will build the spread around them.
5. How do the tiers and pricing work?

Pricing is per guest across three tiers, from an everyday spread to a full ceremonial feast. The tier sets the size of the spread, never the standard of cooking or service. Your quote depends on menu, guest count and date.
6. How far ahead should I book?

Reach out as early as you can, especially for weddings, galas and peak festive dates, so we can hold your date and plan without a rush. Send us your event date and we will confirm availability.
