The Gourmet tier steps up to 12 dishes, with extra seafood, two mains per course and a plated dessert, fully hosted by our chefs and service team.- Professional chef and trained service staff on-site- Full on-site setup and teardown of buffet stations- Chafing dishes, premium tableware and serving equipment- 12 dishes across appetisers, poultry, fish and seafood, vegetables, two rice or noodles, dessert and a beverage.

On-site setup and teardown are included. A dedicated event coordinator manages timing, portions and service flow from confirmation to the final clear-down. We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead so the kitchen can plan around your date.
